My office is located in Wichita, Kansas, and I am dually licensed in Kansas and Missouri.
Adolescents
*Not accepting new clients in this age group*
I help adolescents ages 10+ who are struggling with a wide variety of problems at home or school, including anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, and friendship/relationship problems. When working with this age group, I start with a child-centered approach and incorporate play, games, and art in the therapy process.
Teens and Adults
I work with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, burnout, relationships, life transitions, parenting issues, grief/loss, trauma, infertility, and pregnancy loss. My goal is to help you find the sort of growth and transformation you are looking for. I offer in person or telehealth therapy, which allows you to attend your sessions with comfort, convenience and flexibility.
Parents/Caregivers
When working with adolescents, I schedule parent sessions every 4-6 weeks to follow up about goals and general themes in the therapy process. This is also a time for you to share what you are experiencing at home and/or work with you to try new strategies. I also offer parent coaching for parents who may be needing support or who are looking for new strategies.

Insurances accepted: United Healthcare, Optum, and UMR
For all other insurances, I am direct pay and can offer a Superbill to submit to your insurance company. A Superbill is essentially a summary of the services provided during a client visit, including the codes associated with those services. It is a billing invoice given to the client after their appointment and it contains all the necessary information, including services, billing codes, and charges. You can use this to get reimbursed, have it taken off your deductible, or use it as a receipt when submitting a claim to an HSA or FSA. Typically, clients receive a Superbill after 4 visits, but that can be adjusted depending on how often clients want to submit their claims.
