I tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client. n the first few sessions, we will explore what brings you to therapy and work on establishing safety and trust. Together, we will create goals that are meaningful and helpful, and regularly check in on symptoms, concerns, and progress. During treatment, I will utilize different therapeutic modalities that fit you best.

For all other insurances, I am self pay. If you are interested in self pay, please ask about my self pay rate. I am happy to help you keep therapy affordable.

For self pay clients, I can offer a Superbill to submit to your insurance company. A Superbill is essentially a summary of the services provided during a client visit, including the codes associated with those services. It is a billing invoice given to the client after their appointment and it contains all the necessary information, including services, billing codes, and charges. You can use this to get reimbursed, have it taken off your deductible, or use it as a receipt when submitting a claim to an HSA or FSA. Typically, clients receive a Superbill after 4 visits, but that can be adjusted depending on how often clients want to submit their claims.
